  Food was delicious and fresh and the people was respectful the prices are awesome for the amount of food you get I would have posted a picture but I couldn't wait to dig in lol I will be back

  If you are like me and expecting freshness of your food PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE. Oxtails plate was reheated. They came straight out the Microwave and served to me smh. Don't believe me? Listen to the door shut and ding B4 your plate comes out to you smdh

  Going here was possibly the worst experience I've ever had in terms of customer service! My family is Jamaican so I'm very picky when it comes to eating at Jamaican restaurants! However after reading the reviews I was looking forward to trying this place for my self! First of all when I walked in and said hello I was barely greeted back, and then as the young man (he looked about 16 years old) began to take my order he suddenly without warning and in the middle of me making my order walks away.... - no "please bare with me or I'll be right back" and then upon his return he didn't even apologize for his abrupt departure! When I made my order the young man clearly had no idea what he was as doing and was getting some assistance/training from a boy that was no more than 10 years old! The 10 year old then took over to place the order for him.... then when HE struggled a 3rd person joined in to try and place the order. Then when they all finally figured it out I realized I was being overcharged so then the 3 of them again spent another 5 minutes trying to fix that. Once that was sorted i saw some cake and asked what kind of cake it was and the 16yr old looked at the 9yr old as if to get the answer from him...the 9yr old shrugged his shoulders and so he didn't know then screamed out "DAAAD" (I guess to ask him) I just said forget it! I was already angry at this point and if my husband and I hadn't driven far out to get the food I would've just walked out! After all that I didn't get one single apology from anyone and the food tasted just ok...BUT regardless of how the food tasted and purely based on the extremely unprofessional staff who were clearly underage and lacked customer service skills terribly I will NOT be returning! I hope the owner reads this and does something about the terrible customer service before it kills the business and puts potential regular customers off buying their food! I wish them all the best but unfortunately I will not be recommending this restaurant in the future!
